Strategic area with concept called BIRD LINE will offer complex program within six apprehensions: Functional attraction, Connectivity, Development, adaptability, Social improvement, Nature esteem, Legacy.

To make diverse functions work there has to be certain connectivity involved. Connectivity is important to be presented through levels, since levels can show different resources for growth. Development and connectivity work together, or we can state that development subordinates connectivity and vice versa.  Existing nature is very specific and sensible in Otaniemi’s area, especially within strategic area.
